The abstract should have between 300 to 400 words and must
be sent to the Technical Committee with the following requirements:
A4 format single column, single-spaced typewritten, company
and author(s) identification, return address, phone, fax and
e-mail.
The abstract must accurately reflect the content of the proposed
Technical Paper and should contain technical information,
figures, and tables in order to facilitate the paper evaluation.
Papers must not carry commercial advertising or product endorsement.
Commercial and marketing information will not be accepted.
The papers and the speaker's presentations should be in English
only for TELESCON. For CININTEL the speaker's presentations
should be in English or Portuguese. Simultaneous translation
English-Portuguese will be available. The abstract should
be prepared in Microsoft Word and could be sent by e-mail
or electronic media.

Detailed instructions will be mailed to those authors
whose abstracts have been accepted. In case of multiple
authors, please, indicate to which author mail should be
directed.
Manuscripts and posters of accepted papers will be included
in the Conference Proceedings, which will be distributed
at the conference.
